African Mobile Sales Dashboard
Just finished making another dashboard with data I used from Kaggle.com about African Mobile Sales from a particular company.
Just a few insights i gathered from the data. Looks like most sales by country came from South Africa and Nigeria. However the most sales by city came from Khartoum Sudan.
When I drilled down into Nigeria the most sales by city came from Abuja and the least sales came from Lagos.
The biggest Insight I got from this data set was in regards to profit. The trend for sales varies up and down throughout the years but the profit seems to remain stagnant in fact relatively low if not unprofitable.

When utilizing the Spiral visualization in the Service Request Dashboard, it allows the user to identify the factor/factors with the highest predictive strength when predicting humidity percentage. With the Q2 filter selected, Humidity predictive strength is 48% and Days To Resolution by Time of Day is considerably low.

This Dashboard shows a map of weather factors with work order request in different instances throughout the day of the week. For example, a user can view time of day such as early morning, late morning to early night to late night evening. They can also view weather conditions at the time the work order was created.

Revenue and Profit Dashboard
the word cloud shows higher Revenue doesn't necessarily mean a higher Profit Margin. Hailstorm Titanium Wood set brought in just over 7M with a 48.7% Profit Margin. While Course Pro Gloves Revenue was at 400k, its Profit Margin comes in at 65%. The highest of all products! Conculsion make more Course Pro Gloves!!

Sales/Profit information Dashboard
In this dashboard, I am using the Coglitics sample sales data and intent to track less profitable products besides Sales/Profit information across States, retailers and product lines; quarter wise and year wise. The spiral visualization reveals major predictors of Sales and Profit using sophisticated algorithms in IBM Cognos Analytics. The strongest predictors are closest to the center. For instance, a combination of target sales, product, product type and location were strong predictors of sales with a predictive strength of 81% in the first quarter of 2017.

Sales Manager Reporting Dashboard
The Sales Manager Ranking lesson was great in explaining sectioning based on order year and also filtering each section based on the sales manager. This looks like a very complicated and detailed report, but it was really broken down in a way that was easy to understand! Thanks Kwame Cognos!

Advanced Reporting Dashboard
This report has a list of weather analytics data as well as corresponding charts based on the case status and days of the week. It includes a "Select Department" prompt button at the top which allows you to choose which department you would like more specific information about. I also included a blue dash line on the charts to show if target goals were reached. I've noticed that Saturday and Sundays its less busy so the company executives may consider having fewer people work on those days.
